Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns: Since our products are 100% handmade, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.(由于我们的产品是 100% 手工制作，我们仅在收到货时发现损坏或缺陷的情况下接受退换。)

2. Notification: Please notify us via email/WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your parcel, along with photos of the damaged item.(请在收到包裹后的 7 天内通过邮件/WhatsApp 通知我们，并附上损坏产品的照片。)

3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days.(一旦收到并检查您的退货，我们将通知您退款是否获得批准。获批的退款将在 7-14 个工作日内处理。)
